Band Camp

FBA Back-To-School Band Camp is coming soon!  This camp focuses on preparing the Pep Band for football season.  Our FBA Pep Band is comprised of HS Band members and volunteers from the 7th/8th grade Middle School Band.  Please mark your calendars for the following dates and times.
7, 8, 10, 11, 14, 15
Monday, August 7 - 4pm to 6pm - Band Hall (DC220)
Tuesday, August 8 - 4pm to 6pm - Band Hall
Thursday, August 10 - 4pm to 6pm- Band Hall
Friday, August 11 -  4pm to 6pm - Band Hall
Monday, August 14 -  4pm to 6pm - Band Hall (Night of BTS BBQ)
Tuesday, August 15 - 4pm to 6pm- Band Hall
The Pep Band will be welcoming parents and students to the Back to School BBQ prior to the FBA First Look meeting.
Cost for Band Camp is $50.00.  Camp fee will be billed to RenWeb.

First Look Information

First Look - Mandatory Parent Meeting: Monday, August 14th, 2017
The evening will begin at 6:00 pm in the FBCN Worship Center.  Be on the lookout for specific information from the principals of each school concerning the schedule.  You will have an opportunity to meet your child's teachers and gain important information concerning the school year and specifically, the first day of school. 
Please be sure to attend this important event.

There will be two sessions available for parents of PK or Elementary students to visit your child's classroom 
6:00-6:15pm - All Grades: FBA Parent Meeting (FBCN Worship Center) 
6:30-7:00pm - Classroom Visits (Session A)
7:30-8:00pm - Classroom Visits (Session B)
If you need assistance locating your child's classroom, there will be someone available in the Commons Lobby to help you . 

Dear Parents,

The following information will help you plan for attending our annual First Look so your child will be ready for a happy and prosperous new school year. I will follow this announcement with my back to school letter later in the summer with more important information.

First Look: August 14, 2017

All schedules will be on RenWeb prior to First Look. Locker #’s are listed on top right hand corner of your child’s schedule. Please print a copy of the schedule and bring it with you to First Look. School supplies may be organized in lockers after the classroom visitations have taken place.

First Look will be held on Monday, August 14th. The evening at will begin for all families at 6 p.m. in the Worship Center for a brief all school meeting. The rest of the evening will be a structured program for you to hear from each of your student’s teachers. Teachers will communicate about class objectives, homework and grading policies, and parent involvement to help your student succeed. I am excited by this opportunity for our teachers to share with you. To help you better plan for the evening below is an outline of the schedule for First Look:

6:50 – 6:57 3rd Period
7:00 – 7:07 4th Period
7:10 – 7:17 5th Period

8:00 9th Grade Class Meeting (Student Center)
*All 1st Period Elective Teachers will be available in the Gym. Throughout the evening, yearbooks will be on sale.

Students are welcome to set up lockers (2017/18 locker numbers are now in RenWeb on your student’s schedule) and visit friends throughout the event.

School Uniform Guidelines

Elementary (K-5) and Middle School (6-8) students have a selected uniform that must be purchased from Risse Brothers. Uniforms purchased from vendors other than Risse Brothers may NOT be worn. Information for uniform purchase is available at or at
