Thank you for visiting the health information segment of our web site.  Here you will find the school immunization requirements and medical forms pertaining to the admissions process for the academy. 

As the school's registered nurses, we are available to administer all medications and attend to medical emergencies.  Rhonda Roettele is on campus between the hours of 11:00 am -- 3:00 pm on Wednesdays and 7:30 am -- 3:00 pm on Thursdays and Fridays.  Jackie Lee is the nurse on campus between the hours of 7:30 am -- 3:00 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays and 7:30 am -- 11:30 am on Wednesdays.
