FBA Sticks of Thunder

Our goal in the FBA band program is to instill a love of music in each student and encourage them to use their talents and abilities to glorify God.  The FBA band program consists of students from 6th grade to 12th grade.  

Students in band can perform in one of five performing ensembles;

6th grade Band, Middle School Band (grades 7 - 8)

High School Band (grades 9-12)

High School Worship Team (grades 9-12)

8th grade Percussion Ensemble.

The new year has brought a renewed excitement in the Fine Arts classes at First Baptist Academy.  One of the most visible areas where our Fine Arts classes show their dedication and excellence is at our High School Football Games.  This season is off to a great start for our Varsity Lions, as well as for our FBA Drumline and Vocalists from our Choir and FBA Staff members.  The Middle School Band will be joining the FBA Drumline at the Varsity football game for our Homecoming game on October 19.  It's a great time to be a Lion!
