ACSI accreditation is a process which includes:
A self-study and analysis of the school
A comparison to established standards
An assessment of a school's mission
A commitment to quality education
A willingness to be accountable
For FBA, accreditation is just one component of the process to reach toward the goal of excellence in education.
ACSI accreditation programs exist for preschool, elementary, and secondary schools. First Baptist Academy has achieved accreditation for Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. Recognized at the national level, as well as by many regional and state accrediting agencies, these programs provide a comprehensive evaluation model for Christian schools. The ACSI accreditation program was one of the first programs to be officially recognized by the National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCPSA).
First Baptist Academy is also recognized and accredited by AdvancEd for grades K-12.
