After School Enrichment Classes

Grades: Kindergarten-5th
Mondays March 18th- May 6th
$120

Do you have a lot of energy? Love running around or playing tag? Come join Coach Joiner and develop an enjoyment and understanding of exercise that promotes lifelong healthy habits. Running is an extremely accessible sport and promotes a healthy heart, healthy lungs, and strong muscles for you. Running can even promote mental health and increase attention in school. Learn how to make exercise and running FUN!
*Sports clothes, running shoes, and water bottle needed*

Each class will include:
1. Dynamic Warm Up
2. Training Run
3. Game
4. Cool Down and Stretches
5. Training Tip

Thursdays March 21st - May 9th
$150

Through music, puppetry, singing, movement, and other engaging activities,  students will practice and learn the Spanish language and vocabulary.

Description and Disclaimer

FBA elementary students have a variety of fun and engaging activity- based classes to choose from each quarter. New classes are offered each nine weeks. Sessions run for 4 weeks, 6 weeks or 8 weeks, as per the course description. Classes meet one time per week from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Each class is developmentally appropriate for specific age groups. Examples of classes offered have been: Cooking, Drama, Art,  LEGO Lab, and STEAM. Class size is limited but is open to all FBA and FBA Home School Extension elementary families.
