Dear Parents,

Welcome back to another school year! The high school faculty and staff have been working hard to prepare for a great experience for your student! This year we will be encouraging everyone to be “Above the Line” in all we do and say. Micah 6:8 charges us to “do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God.” These are areas of our life we can all work on. We will seek the Holy Spirit to lead us in living “Above the Line.”

Allow me this opportunity to alert you to changes in our beginning of the year activities. Monday, August 13th will be a new format. Our Back to School Family Fun Night will include our annual barbecue as well as a new opportunity to see our fall sports teams introduced. More information will be coming shortly.

On Tuesday, August 21st, we will have a Curriculum Night for parents only. This will give you an opportunity to follow your student’s schedule, meet their teachers, and learn how to help him or her how to be successful this year. Please mark your calendars for these two events!

Please join me in welcoming Kristen Bonnett to the high school office as my Administrative Assistant. Also, Rebecca Curran has joined the high school staff as our Guidance Counselor. Robin Lowery will be in the role of HS Receptionist and she will help facilitate all attendance this year. All of them are excited to work with you this year!

Please join me in praying God’s protection, provision and blessing for this school year as we live Above the Line! Looking forward to seeing you all soon and all the Lord has in store for us this year!
